Terms of Service

ALPHA AI provides digital AI features including chat, content creation tools, and scenario simulation workflows delivered through the web application. The service is fulfilled online and no physical goods are shipped.

• Customers must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, unlawful conduct, payment abuse, or serious policy violations.

• Chat is available on a free tier.
• Create Pro is billed as a recurring subscription at checkout and renews automatically each monthly billing cycle until canceled.
• Alpha Sim additional runs are billed as one-time digital purchases at checkout and are credited to the customer account after successful payment.
• Applicable taxes, currency conversion, or payment method fees may be shown by the payment processor at checkout.

• Customers can cancel Create Pro before the next renewal date through the billing portal or by contacting support.
• Subscription fees already charged for an active billing period are generally non-refundable except where required by law, for duplicate charges, or when we confirm a service-side billing error.
• Alpha Sim one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are delivered, except for duplicate charges, fraudulent charges, or verified technical failures that prevented delivery.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the platform or associated payment systems.
• Do not use the service to create or distribute malware, spam, payment fraud, or content prohibited by our providers or applicable law.

AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by a human before being relied on for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or regulatory decisions.
