Subscriptions
- Create Pro can be canceled before the next renewal date from the billing portal.
- Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not normally refund the current billing period once access has already started.
- We may review exceptional refund requests for duplicate charges, fraudulent charges, or verified service-side billing errors.
One-time Alpha Sim purchases
- Additional Alpha Sim runs are delivered digitally to the customer account after successful payment.
- Delivered one-time credits are generally non-refundable unless the charge was duplicate, fraudulent, or the purchased credit was not actually delivered because of a verified technical failure.
